How to Change My Account Email?

There are currently two ways to change your email address: changing it yourself or submitting a self-service reset request. If you cannot access your original email address, you can choose the self-service reset option.

Change by yourself

1. Go to https://www.viabtc.com and log in. Click 【Account Management】 - 【Account Settings】 from the account dropdown menu. Under 【Account Settings】, find 【Email】 and click “Change”.

2. Click "Change" under [Your email].

3. Enter the Email verification code, the Google authenticator code, or the SMS code, and then click "Next".

4. Enter the new email address and the email verification code, then click "Confirm" to finish the change.

Please note: withdrawal service will be prohibited within 24 hours after changing your Email address.

Self-Service Email Reset

1. If you cannot access your original bound email address, you can click “Email unavailable” on the page and follow the instructions to submit a self-service reset request.

Alternatively, you can access the email reset page directly through the link below and select the appropriate self-service reset option:

2. After clicking the reset link, you will be directed to the email reset request page. First, please check the box to confirm that you have read the “Reset Notice,” then click “Confirm Reset.”

3. If you can access your login password, please enter the correct password. If you have forgotten your login password, you can choose to skip this step.

Then, follow the instructions on the page to submit the required verification documents and click “Submit.”

4. After submitting the documents, enter your new email address and the verification code sent to it. Once submitted, please wait for the review result.

If you cannot submit the self-service request, please submit a ticket to contact our support team. We will assist you with the email reset.

Please note: Withdrawals are unavailable for 48 hours after changing your email address through the self-service option.
