Why Freeze My Account?
If you detect any unauthorized activity on your ViaBTC account, such as logins from unrecognized locations or other security anomalies, you can use the Freeze Account feature to immediately secure your account.
Once frozen, both your main and sub-accounts will be subject to the following restrictions:
- Login to both main and sub-accounts will be disabled.
- Revenue Sharing and auto-payment will be suspended.
- All API keys will be deleted.
- All pending withdrawals will be canceled.
How to Freeze My Account?
Visit the official ViaBTC website, log in to your account, go to Account Management > Account Settings > Account Security > Freeze Account.
Read the reminder carefully, check the disclaimer, and click [Confirm]
Note: Once your account is frozen, all active login sessions on your devices will be terminated.
How to Unfreeze My Account?
Please submit a support ticket to contact ViaBTC Customer Service and request reactivation of your account.
