Method 1: If you have bound the mobile or Google Authenticator, please reset your sign-in password via the following steps.
1. Enter https://www.viabtc.com and click "Forgot password?".
2. Enter your email address or mobile number and click [Next].
3. Enter the email verification code, GA, or SMS code, and click [Reset password].
4. Enter your new password, double-check it, and click [Yes].
Please note: sign-in password are 6-30 characters long, and include both letter(s) and number(s).
Method 2: If you haven't bound the mobile or Google Authenticator, please reset your sign-in password via the following steps.
1. Enter https://www.viabtc.com and click "Forgot password?".
2. Enter your email address and click [Next].
3. Enter the email verification code.
4. Upload the required information described on the page and click [Confirm].
The system will automatically match the pertinent data you need to provide with your account status, including email screenshots, deposit or withdrawal records, mining information, etc.

The request for resetting the sign-in password will be reviewed within 7 working days after submitting the documents. Once approved, we will send you an email with a link to set a new password. This link is only valid within 24 hours. Please set a new password in time within the validity period.
If the page shows Submit Ticket, please submit the ticket and we will help you reset the sign-in password.
Note:
The withdrawal service will be suspended for 48 hours after the sign-in password is reset successfully.
