About BTC Transaction Accelerator

When your transaction status remains pending due to the crowded BTC network or low miner fees, you can use the Transaction Accelerator to accelerate the confirmation.

How to Use

1. FREE Submission

(1) Enter the TXID: After signing in, paste or enter the TXID you want to accelerate. The volume of a single transaction must be ≤0.5 KB and the transaction fee rate should be ≥ 0.0001 BTC/KB.

(2) Submit: By the order of submission, ViaBTC supports 20 FREE acceleration chances per hour.

(3) Complete: We will prioritize the submitted transactions and include them in the next block we mine.

2. Paid Service

(1) Est. acceleration fee: After login, please paste or enter the TXID you want to accelerate.

(2) Pay fees: Select BTC, BCH or LTC as your payment method and finish the payment. The fees will be deducted directly from your account. If your account balance is insufficient, you can also choose to pay on the chain.

(3) Complete: After receiving your acceleration fee, ViaBTC will notify all cooperative mining pools. When any cooperative mining pool produces a block, the mining pool will propose your transaction from the pending transaction memory pool, and prioritize the packaging to achieve transaction acceleration.

FAQ about BTC Transaction Accelerator

1. Why did my submission for free acceleration fail?

Usually, the free acceleration submission may fail due to the following reasons:

(1) Fees too low: We only provide accelerator services for those with at least 0.0001BTC/KB transaction fees.

(2) Size too large: Free submission is only available for transactions with a volume ≤0.5 KB.

(3) Out of quota: 20 FREE accelerations are supported per hour. Please resubmit your TXID at the next new hour (e.g. 13:00 sharp) or use Paid Service if it surpasses the hourly limit.

(4) Previous transaction unconfirmed: Your transaction can’t be confirmed if any previous transactions connecting to yours are unconfirmed. Please accelerate your previous transaction first or use Paid Service instead.

(5) “Double spent” transactions are NOT available for Acceleration Service.

2. Why does it prompt "Tx hash not found"?

First of all, please make sure that the transaction hash you entered is correct. If it is confirmed, it may be the poor broadcast of BTC network that caused the receiving failure of your transaction information by our mempool. You can manually broadcast using the Tx Broadcast tool before accelerating.

3. Can I cancel my acceleration submission?

Since the transaction cannot be canceled after the acceleration submission, this service is NOT available for refund.

4. How is it priced?

When you're using BTC Transaction Accelerator, we will calculate the price required for acceleration based on factors such as transaction volume, current cryptocurrency price, and so on.

5. Why does it still take so long to confirm my transaction after accelerating?

The BTC transaction accelerator is subject to various factors, such as transaction fees, timely block generation by mining pools, BTC network congestion, etc.

ViaBTC cooperates with many mainstream mining pools. When any cooperative mining pool produces a block, the mining pool will propose your transaction from the pending transaction memory pool, and prioritize the packaging to achieve transaction acceleration. However, since the timing of block generation by mining pools cannot be predicted, the acceleration time cannot be estimated.
