When you have enabled automatic withdrawal and your wallet balance in the mining pool is higher than the set minimum payment, the balance will be credited daily to your automatic withdrawal address. If you fail to reach the payment, your returns will be temporarily stored in the mining pool and displayed as an asset balance.
How to change the Min. Payment for auto withdrawal?
1. Log in to your ViaBTC account, click [Assets] – [My Assets] in the navigation bar, then click the drop-down menu to the left of the coin to switch to the corresponding coin status card page and set the auto-withdrawal address.
2. Click the ‘edit’ icon to select the payment amount and click confirm to complete the modification.
Where to check the Min. Payment for auto withdrawal?
1. The minimum auto-withdrawal payout amount can be checked on the Edit page. Select the coin for which you want to set up auto-withdrawal, then click Edit to view its minimum payout amount.
2. If you choose [Withdraw to CoinEx], the minimum payment cannot be adjusted.
Notes:
Due to the minimum deposit amount required by some wallets and exchanges, the situation that auto withdrawal is successful but not credited to your account may occur.
For the security of your asset, when you change your auto-withdrawal payment, please be sure whether the wallet/exchange requires the minimum deposit amount so that it can be properly credited.
