How to Make a Normal Transfer?

There are four withdrawal methods in ViaBTC: Auto Withdraw, Normal Transfer, Inter-User Transfer and Transfer to CoinEx. ZERO confirmation and zero fee for the last two methods. 

Normal Transfer

1. Visit ViaBTC official website (https://www.viabtc.com), log in to your account, and click [Assets] in the top-left corner.

2. Select the coin that you want to withdraw, and click [Withdrawal]. (Take withdraw BTC as an example)

3. Select [Normal Transfer] and enter the withdrawal address and amount, then click [withdrawal]. 

4. Fill in the 2FA code, and click [Yes] to complete the withdrawal.

Why does it show 'frequently used Email' when making a withdrawal?

This message indicates the entered email has been used as the destination address more than once, please confirm if it's correct before proceeding.
