Suspension of ZEC Deposit & Withdrawal

ZEC will undergo a mainnet upgrade at the block height of 1046400 on November 18, 2020 (UTC). To ensure your asset security, we will suspend ZEC deposit and withdrawal on November 18, 2020 (UTC). ZEC mining, Inter-user transfer and Transfer to CoinEx will NOT be affected. 

During the suspenstion, please note:

1. Do not transfer Zcash to ViaBTC in case of unnecessary loss.

2. Zcash mining will stay normal.

Once the upgrade is completed and ZEC becomes stable, we will resume the suspended services immediately. The actual resumption time depends on the upgrade progress.
