Announcement on Hashrate Alert Feature Upgrade

Dear ViaBTC users,

To further improve the hashrate monitoring experience, ViaBTC has fully upgraded the hashrate alert feature. 

Highlights of This Upgrade

1. New Watcher Link Alert (App only)

The app now supports setting alerts via the Watcher Link, allowing those who use the link to enable alert notifications. Notifications will be sent when workers go offline or rejection rates are high, making multi-party miner management more efficient.

Please update your app to the latest version to use this feature. For details, refer to: How to Set Alerts in the Watcher URL?

2. Optimized Alert Types

• Worker Offline Alert: Checked every 10 minutes, with offline notifications sent based on the configured alert frequency.
• New Worker Rejection Rate Alert: Checked every hour, with high rejection rate notifications sent based on the configured alert frequency.

3. Improved Alert Notification Experience

• Do Not Disturb Period: Set a time range during which no alerts will be sent.
• Detailed Alert Information: Offline and high rejection rate notifications will list the specific workers affected.
• Optional Email Field: Email is no longer required, and you can choose whether to provide it.
