1. About Auto Conversion
You can enable Auto Conversion to automatically convert supported currencies into BTC or USDT on an hourly basis.
Supported currencies for Auto Conversion: BTC, BCH, LTC, ETC, ZEC, DASH, CKB, HNS, NMC, DOGE, SYS, ELA, KAS, BELLS, FB, LKY, PEP and DINGO.
Note: Once enabled Auto Conversion to BTC or USDT, the balance (including mining returns and deposit amount) of a certain coin will be automatically converted to BTC or USDT. If the balance is too small at a time, the system may not trigger the conversion.
2. How to Enable Auto Conversion
(1) Log in to your ViaBTC account, click [Assets] - [My Assets], and select the coin.
(2) Click [Settings], turn on the Auto Conversion switch, select “Conversion Direction", complete the security verification and the setup will be activated. (e.g. BTC/USDT).
About Instant Conversion
If you want to convert your assets immediately, you can use the Instant Conversion feature. Simply set the amount of assets you want to convert, complete the security verification and submit the conversion order. The system will complete the conversion automatically. (e.g. BTC/USDT).
FAQ
1. Why hasn’t my conversion been completed for a long time?
If the conversion amount is large, it may take 1–2 hours to be fully executed. In most cases, delays are due to the market conditions of third-party exchanges. If the issue persists, please submit a support ticket.
2. What are the minimum and maximum limits for a single conversion?
The minimum and maximum limits vary depending on the currency. Please refer to the figures displayed on the conversion page.
3. How is the conversion price calculated?
The price is determined by the real-time market depth of ViaBTC’s partnered exchanges. The actual amount received is subject to the final executed price. The prices displayed on the Conversion page are for reference only.The estimated convertible amount is for reference only, and the actual converted amount will be subject to the final execution result.
4. Are there any fees for conversion?
Yes. Conversion transactions incur a handling fee, which follows the fee standard of the third-party exchange.
5. How can I check my conversion history?
Go to [My Assets] - [History] - [Conversion Records] to view your order history.
6. How to Enable Auto Conversion for sub-account and check the records?
Go to [My Assets] - [Sync Settings], select the sub-account, and complete the security verification. Go to [Multi-Account Comparison] to view the setting records.
