What Is Auto Withdrawal? How to Set Up and Manage It?

About Auto-withdrawal

Once enable Auto-withdrawal, the system will automatically withdraw to the address you preset if your wallet balance is over the minimum payment, and the service is entirely free. The mining yields will be temporarily retained in your account balance if it falls short of the minimum requirements. When withdrawing to a ViaBTC account, the minimum payment amount does not apply (as long as the withdrawal amount is greater than 0).

How to Set Up Auto-withdrawal?

There are three types of auto withdrawal: Withdraw to CoinEx, Withdraw to Address and Withdraw to Your ViaBTC Account (only supports withdrawal to your own main/sub-account).

1. Log in to your ViaBTC account, click [Assets] – [My Assets] in the navigation bar, then click the drop-down menu to the left of the coin to switch to the corresponding coin status card page and set the auto-withdrawal address.

2. Set up Auto-withdrawal address, choose [withdraw to Address], [Withdraw to CoinEx] ,or [Withdraw to Your ViaBTC Account] as needed, fill in the correct withdrawal Address or CoinEx account, complete the security authentication, and the setup is successful.

Auto-Withdrawal Mode Switch

The auto-withdrawal feature supports switching between payout modes. You can choose the payout option that best fits your needs.

1. Payout by Account Balance

• When your account balance exceeds the minimum payout amount, the balance will be paid out.

2. Payout by Daily Earnings (distributes the previous day’s earnings)

• When auto-withdrawal is triggered, the system reserves the mining earnings settled on the payout day and only pays out earnings accumulated from previous complete natural days.

Note: If revenue sharing is enabled, the revenue-sharing amount will be deducted first. After the deduction, auto-withdrawal will proceed only if the selected payout mode meets the required conditions.

How to change the Auto-withdrawal address?

1. Click the [Edit] button, choose [withdraw to Address], [Withdraw to CoinEx] ,or [Withdraw to Your ViaBTC Account] as needed, fill in the correct withdrawal Address or CoinEx account, complete the security authentication, and the setup is successful.

2. The set payout address can be deleted, and once deleted, the auto payout switch for that coin will be automatically turned off.

• The payout address (on-chain addresses only) will automatically become invalid if no payment is made for 90 consecutive days.

Multi-Account Auto-Withdrawal Management 

1. Sync Settings

For multi-account users, the platform offers Sync Settings and Multi-Account Comparison to simplify managing and reviewing auto-withdrawal settings across accounts.

This feature allows you to sync the current account’s auto-withdrawal settings to other main or sub-accounts with one click, including the withdrawal address, minimum payout amount, and auto-withdrawal switch.

On the Auto-withdrawal Settings page, click Sync Settings, select the target main or sub-accounts, click Next, and complete the security verification to finish syncing.

Note: One-click sync applies all current settings. Please confirm they are correct before syncing.

2. Multi-Account Comparison

This feature allows you to centrally view and compare auto-withdrawal settings for the same coin across multiple accounts, including the withdrawal address, minimum payout amount, and auto-withdrawal switch.

Go to Auto-withdrawal Settings and click Multi-Account Comparison to view the details.

3. Change Records

The Auto-withdrawal Change Records is used to review historical changes to auto-withdrawal settings, including enabling or disabling auto-withdrawal, adding or modifying withdrawal addresses, and adjustments to the minimum payout amount.

Auto-withdrawal payment time

As the time of income distribution changes, ViaBTC will automatically withdraw once a day between 10:00 and 18:00 (GMT+8).

Additionally, the income won't be automatically withdrawn if it falls below the minimum withdrawal limit. When withdrawing to a ViaBTC account, the minimum payment amount does not apply (as long as the withdrawal amount is greater than 0).

How come I didn't receive Auto-withdrawal?

If you fail to receive your yesterday's mining income after 18:00 (GMT+8), it might be caused by the following reasons:

1. Cryptocurrency network congested: Please be patient and wait for the network confirmation.

2. No new block was mined due to bad luck: Please be patient that all your transactions will be broadcast and paid as soon as ViaBTC has mined a new block

3. Pool data synchronization is being delayed: the ViaBTC R&D team will address it as soon as it occurs.

4. Lower than minimum withdrawal limit: Auto withdrawals will resume when your balance reaches the minimum requirement.

5. Large withdrawal: Large withdrawals will be sent after approval within 24 hours.

6. Payment system error: Please submit a ticket to us and we will fix it as soon as possible.

Reminder

Please make sure that the minimum payment amount you set is higher than the other platform's minimum deposit amount. This will help you prevent losing money as a result of successful automatic withdrawals that don't arrive.
