How to Set Alerts in the Watcher URL?

To help workers and teams manage mining machines more efficiently, the ViaBTC App now supports setting alerts via the Watcher URL. This feature allows you to enable alert notifications using only the observer link.

When a worker goes offline or the rejection rate is too high, the system will push alerts instantly, greatly improving collaboration and operational efficiency for mining machine management.

Feature Highlights

1. Remote Collaboration & Precision Monitoring
Set up and receive alert notifications via a Watcher URL for specific coins or accounts, ideal for cross-team collaboration and proxy operation scenarios.

2. Supports multiple alert types

(1) Worker Offline Alert — Checks every 10 minutes and sends an offline notification.

(2) Worker Rejection Rate Alert — Checks every 1 hour and sends a rejection rate abnormality notification.

How to Set Alerts via Watcher URL (App)

1. Open the ViaBTC App, go to My → Watcher → Favorites in the upper-right corner of the homepage, then tap the Edit icon.

2. After tapping Edit, go to the Watcher URL page, select Alert Settings, and choose the relevant account under Account List.

3. In the Alert Settings page, select the alert types you wish to enable (offline / rejection rate). You can also set a Do Not Disturb time range during which alerts will not be sent (optional).

Tips

1. The Watcher URL alert function is currently available only on the ViaBTC App.
