Method 1: Update to the latest version on Google Play

Click "Yes" and update the ViaBTC App on Google Play.

Method 2: Download the latest version of Android APK from the official website

1. Visit the official download page: https://www.viabtc.com/download 

2. Click [Download APK] to proceed. 

3. Return to your home screen and tap [ViaBTC Pool] to start using. 

FAQ

Q1: What if the APK is downloaded successfully but "Install Failed" pop up during the update？

A1: Please uninstall the current version first, then download the latest App on Google Play or download the latest version of APK on the official website.

Q2: If the update fails, can it be used normally without updating the old version?

A2: The old version can be used normally if the update fails. However, the new features will not be available, and bugs will not be fixed.

Q3: If my device does not support Google Play, can I only download the APK from the official website every time I update the App?

A3: ViaBTC App (Android) updates are via Google Play by default. If your device does not support Google Play, each new version update needs to be downloaded via the official download page.
