Coupon Guide

ViaBTC offers different types of coupons that allow users to enjoy discounts on mining pool fees or interest discounts for Collateral-Pledged Loans.

Currently, the following coupon types are available:

• Fees Coupon: Used to enjoy discounted mining pool fees.
• Loan Interest Discount Coupon: Used to enjoy interest discounts when borrowing through Collateral-Pledged Loans.

Fees Coupon

1. Rules

Applicable Mining Pools

Fees Coupons are available in two types: Multi-Coin and Single-Coin. The displayed cryptocurrency(ies) indicate the mining pool(s) where the fee discount applies.

Discount Period

The discount period begins from the coupon's activation time. The fee discount remains effective throughout the validity period and ends automatically upon expiration.

Conditions of Use

The coupon can only be used after all specified conditions are met. Otherwise, it cannot be activated.

Activation Period

You can click [Use Now] to activate the coupon during its activation period.

After activation, the coupon records the activation time and becomes effective immediately.

If the coupon is not activated before the activation period expires, it will expire automatically. Please activate your coupon as soon as possible after receiving it.

Coupon Status

There are three coupon statuses:

• Available
• Used (Activated)
• Expired

An activated coupon can be viewed under Used, while coupons that expire before activation or after their validity period will appear under Expired.

2. How to View and Use a Fees Coupon

(1)Log in to your ViaBTC account and go to Settings.

(2)Select Coupons → My Coupons to view your Fees Coupons.

(3)Under the Available tab, click Use Now to activate the coupon.

(4)After activation, click Discounted Fees to view the fee savings provided by the coupon.

3. Why Can't I Activate My Fees Coupon?

A Fees Coupon cannot be activated in the following situations:

(1)The coupon is not yet within its activation period.

(2)The usage conditions have not been met.

Please check the coupon details for its activation period and usage requirements.

4. Applicable Scope and Effective Time

Fees Coupons are applicable to PPS and PPLNS settlement methods for both the main account and all sub-accounts.

Once activated, the fee discount takes effect immediately.

Notes

• Only one coupon of the same type can be active at a time.
• Fees Coupons cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

Loan Interest Discount Coupon

1. Rules

Applicable Cryptocurrencies

Loan Interest Discount Coupons are applicable only to the borrowing cryptocurrencies specified on the coupon. Interest discounts apply only to eligible loan assets displayed on the coupon.

Interest Discount

Interest discounts are applied according to the discount rate shown on the coupon, such as 20% OFF, 50% OFF, etc.

Discount Period

After a Loan Interest Discount Coupon is activated, it becomes effective immediately. The coupon remains valid throughout its discount period and expires automatically when the validity period ends.

Activation Period

You can click [Use Now] to activate the coupon during its activation period.

After activation, the coupon records the activation time.

If the coupon is not activated before the activation period expires, it will expire automatically. Please activate your coupon as soon as possible after receiving it.

Coupon Status

(1)Log in to your ViaBTC account and go to Settings.

(2)Select Coupons → My Coupons to view your Loan Interest Discount Coupons.

(3)Under the Available tab, click Use Now to activate the coupon.

(4)After activation, open the Used tab to view the Estimated Interest Savings provided by the coupon.

3. Why Can't I Activate My Loan Interest Discount Coupon?

A Loan Interest Discount Coupon cannot be activated under the following circumstances:

(1)The coupon is not yet within its activation period.

(2)The activation period has expired.

(3)The minimum borrowing amount requirement has not been met.

(4)The selected loan asset is not supported by the coupon.

(5)Another active Loan Interest Discount Coupon of the same type already exists.

(6)The coupon has expired.

4. Applicable Scope and Effective Rules

Loan Interest Discount Coupons are applicable only to Collateral-Pledged Loans on ViaBTC.

Notes

(1)Only one Loan Interest Discount Coupon can be applied at a time.

(2)Coupons of the same type cannot be used simultaneously.

(3)Activating a new Loan Interest Discount Coupon will immediately invalidate any previously activated coupon of the same type.

(4)Loan Interest Discount Coupons are for the account holder's use only and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

(5)The actual interest discount is subject to the final calculation by the system.
