Announcement on the LTC Network Node Failure and Suspension of Deposits and Withdrawals

Dear ViaBTC Users,

Due to an LTC network failure that caused abnormalities across all nodes, block production on the entire network has stopped since 2026-04-25 14:39:37 (UTC+8). As a result, the LTC mining pool has stopped calculating and distributing earnings since 2026-04-25 17:00:00 (UTC+8), and LTC deposit and withdrawal services have also been suspended, including auto-withdrawal to on-chain addresses.

LTC inter-user transfer and transfer to CoinEx, including auto-withdrawal to CoinEx, remain unaffected. Mining services for merged-mined coins such as DOGE continue to operate normally, with earnings calculated and distributed as usual, and deposits and withdrawals remaining available.
