Dear ViaBTC Users,
After careful consideration, we have decided to discontinue the Hedging service on ViaBTC. Please refer to the following timeline for details:
- July 17, 2025 (UTC+8): Creating and adding positions for hedging will be disabled. Other functions such as “Transfer”, “Repay”, and “End Hedging” will remain available.
- July 24, 2025 (UTC+8): The Hedging service entry will be officially closed, and the service will be fully delisted.
Important Notes:
- Users with open hedging positions must settle all outstanding principal and interest or manually close their positions using the "End Hedging" function before July 23, 2025 (UTC+8).
- After the service is discontinued, the system will automatically perform "End Hedging" liquidation for any unsettled positions. Once the process is completed, the remaining assets will be transferred to the user’s main account balance.
- After the delisting, users will no longer be able to access relevant pages and data (including hedging records and hedging bills). If you need to retain this data, please save it in advance.
We kindly recommend that you take timely action to manage your positions and related assets. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
