What should I do if the deposit/withdrawal does not arrive in time?

How soon will the deposit/withdrawal arrive? 
Three procedures of digital currency transfer: Withdrawn ➞ Block Confirmations ➞ Deposited. The arrival time will depend on the number of the required confirmation(s) for deposit/withdrawal. When the required confirmation(s) is/are reached, your deposit will successfully arrive.

How to check the update of deposit/withdrawal?
1. Visit http://www.viabtc.com, log in to your account, click [Assets] and choose [Deposit & Withdrawal record].

2. Select [Deposit Record] or [Withdrawal Record] to check details.
