How to Set or Reset Payment Password?

How to set the payment password?
1. Enter https://www.viabtc.com and then go to [Settings]>[Account Settings].

2. Click "Set Up" under [Payment Password].

3. Enter the Google Authentication code or SMS code and then click [Next].

4. Set a payment password and confirm it, then click [Confirm] to finish the setting.

How to reset the payment password?

Method 1: If you remember the previous payment password and bound the mobile or Google Authenticator, you can reset it by yourself.

1. Enter https://www.viabtc.com and then go to [Settings]>[Account Settings].

2. Click "Change" under [Payment Password].

3. Enter the previous payment password, the Google Authentication code or SMS code, and then click [Next].

4. Set a new payment password and double-check it, then click [Confirm] to finish the setting.

Method 2: If you forget your payment password, please reset it via the following steps.

1. Enter https://www.viabtc.com and then go to [Settings]>[Account Settings].

2. Click "Change" under [Payment Password].

3. Click [Forget Payment Password].

4. Read the instructions carefully and click [Confirm reset].

5. Enter the sign-in password and click [Next].

6. Enter the email verification code and click [Submit].

7. Upload the required information described on the page and click [Confirm].

(1) The system will automatically match the pertinent data you need to provide with your account status, including email screenshots, deposit or withdrawal records, mining information, etc.

(2) If the page shows Submit Ticker, please click [submit the ticket] and we will help you reset the phone number.

8. The request for resetting the payment password will be reviewed within 7 working days after submitting the documents. Once approved, the payment password will be reset directly.

Note:
The withdrawal service will be suspended for 48 hours after the payment password is reset successfully.
