Announcement on Suspension of ELA Deposit and Withdrawal

Dear ViaBTC users,

Due to an anomaly on the ELA mainnet, ViaBTC has temporarily suspended ELA deposit and withdrawal, including auto-withdrawal to on-chain addresses.

ELA mining, earnings distribution, inter-user transfer, and transfer to CoinEx (including auto-withdrawal to CoinEx) remain unaffected. BTC mining and other merged-mining coins (FB and NMC) remain unaffected.

Deposit and withdrawal will resume once the ELA network is stable. Please stay tuned for further updates.
