Announcement on Suspension of ZEC Deposit and Withdrawal

Dear ViaBTC users,

Due to instability on the ZEC mainnet caused by a hard fork on June 2, 2026 (UTC+8), ViaBTC has temporarily suspended ZEC deposit and withdrawal, including auto-withdrawal to on-chain addresses. ZEC mining, inter-user transfer, and transfer to CoinEx including auto-withdrawal to CoinEx, remain unaffected.

The suspension of ZEC deposits and withdrawals is expected to last two days. These services will resume once the network is operating stably. Please stay tuned for further updates.
