Urgent Announcement: Suspension of XEC and HNS Mining Services on ViaBTC

Dear ViaBTC Users,

Due to an AWS server failure in the UAE region, the XEC and HNS nodes of the ViaBTC pool have been experiencing anomalies since 21:05 (UTC+8) on March 1, 2026. As a result, XEC and HNS mining services have been suspended.

Our technical team is currently conducting emergency repairs, but the exact recovery time is yet to be determined. To avoid any impact on your mining revenue during this service suspension, we strongly recommend that you switch to alternative backup mining pools as soon as possible.

We will keep you updated immediately as soon as there is any new progress. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and support.
